About us

A tale of our Foundation.

It is with great honor and humility that we present the Chi Theta Forever Foundation. The official foundation that will serve as a vehicle to further exert Chi Theta's essence of service and impact, both internally as a brotherhood and externally to the Tallahassee and neighboring communities.

The Chi Theta Forever Foundation was born from a vision that had lived in the hearts of many for decades, creating a dedicated platform to extend Chi Theta's legacy of service, scholarship, and impact beyond the walls of Florida State University and into the greater Tallahassee community. For years, brothers spoke of the need for such an entity, but it was the conviction and perseverance of Bro. Luc Poliard (1-2016) and Bro.

Isaiah Fleming (1-2017) that transformed long discussions into reality. Over the course of eighteen months, they worked tirelessly to take the Foundation from concept to creationlaying the groundwork for what is now a long-overdue and essential extension of the Mighty Mighty Chi Theta Chapter. Both founders share a deep connection that predates their initiation into the Chi Theta Chapter. As interests, the two took a strong regard for the legacy of the Mighty Mighty, as well as a conviction for advancing that legacy with their service as brothers within the fold.

A story of our mission.

For more than 55 years, the Chi Theta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity has been a powerful force for change, embodying the principles of scholarship, perseverance, uplift, and brotherhood.

Our Mission

The Foundation has set a five-year fundraising goal of $250,000 (2025-2030). This target will be achieved through a structured approach that seeks commitments from 200 initiated brothers, each contributing a minimum of $1,250. This strategy ensures both sustainability and long-term support for the Foundation's mission.

Our Vision

We envision a world where every student has the resources to pursue higher education, every young person has access to strong role models, and every community benefits from leaders committed to service. The Chi Theta Forever Foundation works tirelessly to transform this vision into reality through programs that create lasting impact.
